HSJYTA INC is a corporation registered in the State of California, doing business as The IV Station (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Our principal place of business is located at 18182 CA-18, Suite 107-B, Apple Valley, CA 92307. We provide IV therapy, body sculpting, medical weight loss, and related wellness services.

The IV Station is NOT an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4.1 Scheduling: Appointments may be booked via our website or by calling our office directly.
4.2 Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee as disclosed at the time of booking.
4.3 No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee and required to prepay future appointments.
5.1 Fees are disclosed prior to services. By proceeding, you agree to pay applicable fees.
5.2 Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and payment plans as specified at our facility.
5.3 Refunds: Completed services are generally non-refundable. Prepaid packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The IV Station (HSJYTA INC) offers an SMS messaging program to opted-in clients. By opting in, you may receive:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (760) 515-4003. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did originally.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
